Accounts/Admin Assistant – London

Are you looking for a new challenge working within an Accounts Department? Here is a fantastic opportunity for you to work for a multi award-winning Logistics company offering genuine opportunities for career progression. We are looking to recruit an Accounts/Admin assistant to join the team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    This varied Accounts/Admin role includes assisting with purchase ledger reconciliation work, and also sales ledger work, as well as dealing with multi currencies. There is also coding, batching and processing invoices as well as other data entry and spreadsheet work. There may also be some occasional reception duties, post, filing, and important errands as well as general accounts duties. This is an interesting varied and responsible job, providing rewarding career opportunities for progression.

Required experience, skills and qualities:

    If you are a reliable and conscientious person with experience working in a busy office environment, our Accounts/Admin role may be a fantastic opportunity for you. The ideal candidate will be:

  • Computer savvy with the ability to learn new systems and programs quickly
  • Competent in working with Microsoft Office Excel
