The British International Freight Association (BIFA) Freight Service Awards take place in London tomorrow with Unsworth finalists in the Staff Development category for the 4th time and the inaugural Apprentice of the Year category.
In the last four years, Unsworth has enjoyed much success at the BIFA awards – three wins and six time finalists – with entries embracing customer-centricity, staff development and innovation.
This year’s finalist entry focuses on how we create bespoke training programmes that provide professional development and improve client experience. Further evidence of our staff commitment is detailed in Wellbeing and positive culture initiatives, including feedback channels, reward programmes and developing a healthy working environment.
Kyle Lawrence is a popular member of the Unsworth team and a worthy candidate for Apprentice of the Year. Good luck Kyle!
